Customer Capital operates in the exciting and fast-growing domain of Loyalty and customer engagement. We are an end-to-end Loyalty marketing company that runs its own Loyalty programs in partnership with large companies (such as banks, conglomerates, etc.). We are a funded company started by veterans in the Indian Industry. 
We own a SaaS cloud-based Loyalty and Travel platform – AI Loyalty that we use for enabling and running our Loyalty programs and travel bookings.

Job Summary

Customer Capital is seeking an experienced software engineer who will be responsible for overseeing our product development of our core platform.
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Software Engineer (.Net, Micro-services and MongoDB) to design and develop new products and features. The incumbent should have exposure to Scrum methodology and can work closely with peers, product owners and scrum masters. He /She must exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to work in a fact pace changing environment. 
You will work closely and report to the Tech Lead to plan and execute upon Customer Capital's strategy and vision. The location would be in Delhi NCR

Key responsibilities

• Ability to convert requirements into Tasks and execute them. 

• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and identify deficiencies. 

• Participate within the "Scrum" process. 

• Elicit requirements from end users and stakeholders as needed. 

• Collaborates with UX/UI team to understand and create/expose required API which suffice the UX/UI need. 

• Work with the QA analyst to construct system and integration test plans 

• Doing code review of other developers and helping them if required.

Required Skills and Experience

Required: 

• Overall 4+ years of experience in working with .Net and C# OOPS concepts.

• 2+ years of experience in working with .Net Core API development.

• 1+ years of experience in working with MongoDB.

• Strong knowledge of OOPs concepts including SOLID, DRY Principles and different design patterns.

• Worked on(event-driven/backend-asynchronous)development.

• Knowledge/experience of working with Microservice architecture.

• Able to create custom/reusable code base to work with multiple microservices. 

• Worked with Swagger OpenAPI implementation.

• Worked with API authentication/authorization implementation like JWT, OAuth. 

• Able to write dev unit test cases.

Preferred (Will add advantage to profile if know any of these):

• Worked in Loyalty Domain.

• Experience with React for frontend development.

• Familiar with Amazon Web Services (AWS) services like S3, SNS, SQS, Parameter Store, Redis cache, Open Search etc..

• Familiar with Azure CI/CD.

• Familiar with Docker/Container for .Net API/Service hosting
